Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original Rosefield gift box and shipping carton, ensuring all original documentation is included.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated courier point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
